WHAT IS GROUP TRAINING AT FIT IN NEW ENGLAND?
Group Training is a hybrid between Personal Training and Small Group Classes. Group Training is a monthly membership where participants choose to train 4x or 8x per month. Our classes are available through the Mind Body app and members would join classes that work for them! Group Training follows a block style periodization programming. All this means is that on the 1st of every month members will receive an email with the monthly program (3 day homework to be performed at a membership based gym or at home) and links to exercise demonstrations. The classes will be taught in the same fashion as the homework so members will know how to execute the program.
